The Katpot Systems Peel & Release Force Tester – Model KPRH-100 R (Computerized)
is a high-precision horizontal testing system designed to measure both
peel adhesion strength and liner release force of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA)
materials.
The system uses a motorized horizontal drive with PC-based data acquisition to capture
smooth, stable force–time and force–distance curves during peeling and liner release.
This allows detailed evaluation of adhesive–liner interaction, coating quality and process consistency.
The KPRH-100 R is widely used by tape manufacturers, label converters and release liner suppliers who
require deeper insight into issues such as liner blocking, uneven release coatings, adhesive transfer,
or unstable adhesion behaviour.
The machine can be configured to align with ASTM and FINAT peel / release test methods,
making it suitable for quality control, R&D, formulation development and complaint analysis.
