6) Warranty & Support
- Warranty (if applicable) is as per the quotation/invoice terms.
- Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, power issues, or accidents.
- Consumables and wear parts may not be covered unless specified.
7) Returns / Refunds
- Customized or made-to-order machines are generally non-returnable unless agreed in writing.
- Any refund/return policy will be applicable only as per written agreement/quotation terms.
